This is a hands-on course where pupils will cover the basics over the two days: making sauces / baking cakes / making fabulous desserts / preparing and cooking various meat dishes and covering a range of dietary requirements.

Food hygiene and preparation in the kitchen is of up most importance when starting out in your own home or a chalet and this will be taken into account.  Over the weekend pupils will work individually and in small teams to create a wide range of dishes and by Sunday afternoon they will prepare and cook a three-course meal.

The course costs £180 for 2 days (£50 deposit to secure the place). The cost for a one day private lesson is £100 (plus costs of ingredients and travel expenses)
